VILLAGE OF KERHINET : SAINT LYPHARD

The cottage, with its reed thatch has been part of the Brière history and tradition since the middle of the 17th century, nearly 3000 thatched cottages can be seen in the Brière. Kerhinet village is a superb example of this architecture.

An information trail explains the lives and customs of its inhabitants. One of the cottages is open to visitors.

Accompanied by a guide from 15/07 to 15/08, you are invited to experience daily life in the village in the 18th century.
