La Villa, creation of Stéphanie et Frédéric Lépine opens' its doors for you 7 days a week, all year round, with Lionel Ferré and his team as your hosts and Laurent Chauvin, the chef, ensuring your gastronomic event.
You'll have the pleasure of discovering the restaurant lounge's surprisingly innovative interior design and cosy tables, ideal for lunch or dinner among friends or family. Local artists add to the experience, with MORRRISS works on the ground floor.
The chic yet relaxed atmosphere is in perfect harmony with the quality. You'll find smooth, efficient service thanks to the experience of the attentive and friendly team, always under the careful eye of Lionel Ferré.
There are great moments to be had in this restaurant, just a few steps from the beach in La Baule.
On the menu
Head chef, Laurent CHAUVIN, combines his experience and ideas to create a treat for the most delicate of palates. Some of his creations to date are: Red thuna tataki and Nori mille feuilles, Roasted Camembert cheese with acacia honey, Creamy risotto with Satay infused gambas, Lamb chops rubbed in thyme and sea salt, not to mention his salads and his tartar dishes… of course Laurent never forgets the little ones, who get to choose from his “mini derby” menu.

There’s always a choice even for those late lunches… the restaurant serves sea-food, salads, Steak Tatare and desserts all afternoon… allowing guests to bask in the sunshine beneath the Chapelle Sainte Anne or enjoy the buzz of the Avenue de Gaulle in La Baule.

The restaurant La Villa is open every day of the year. We serve until 11pm during the week and until 11.30pm on the weekends.
